The days of summer might be drawing to a close, yet the evening hours relent. Hence, the perfect time for LA based contemporary fashion brand Hellz to introduce their “Kicks After Six” capsule delivery. A concise yet bold collection, this limited 6 piece line extends Hellz’ ongoing graphic themes incorporating the idea of empowered defiant women that exude nothing but vicious confidence.
Hellz Creative Director, Lanie Alabanza-Barcena expounds, “Inspiration for the graphics were drawn from familiar faces of fashion icons and iconic fashion brands who celebrate them."

Lanie is my inspiration! I'm just so amazed at what she does. Love it, love it, love it. I want em all...
We had a blast at the event! Good peeps, good vibes, toys, sushi truck, free Sapporo beers and cupcakes...what more could you want??? If you weren't there, you missed out on some good times! :)

After two minutes of store opening!

Loves the FishLip Sushi Truck!!! :)
Thanks to JapanLA, Buff Monster, and FishLip Sushi Truck!

Kanye West and Japanese artist, Takashi Murakami, recently got together to collaborate on this Gold aluminum bear sculpture. This is the same bear that Murakami drew for Kanye’s Graduation album. The price of the piece is unknown but considering how much Murakami’s pieces go for in the open market, this is most likely a very expensive.
So I stumbled across the net and found the cutest doll ever. Felt Mistress designed the doll and not sure if she sells any of her artwork but if she is...I'll definitely buy the Kaws x Kanye West x Kaiju doll.

While cruising down Fairfax, I noticed Public Enemy's billboard has been tagged by KOG. I told Rob to stop in the middle of the street just so I can take a picture of it. Isn't it sick? I love it!

There are better pictures on the KZER G@B3 Gallery website.
And then, turning on Melrose, I noticed INSA tagged on the top wall of the Barracuda shop. I'm sure this piece has been there for a while but I took a picture of it anyway. Sick!

...and it's only $8,000,000 bucks! Visit INSA for more info.
